Code of Conduct

The Awards has certain expectations of everyone who participates in it, from coordinator to judges to submitters. Much of this code of conduct is inspired by or directly quoted from the CRIT Awards Code of Conduct.

No bigotry

Racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, and antisemitism are not allowed in The Awards. Submissions containing material of this nature will be rejected. Submitters and judge applicants displaying these behaviors will be rejected. If a submitter or judge is accepted and later discovered to be engaging in these behaviors, they will be removed from The Awards.

No Zionism

It is the explicit stance of The Awards that Palestine should be free. You are not required to espouse this belief either publicly or privately to participate in The Awards, but individuals who identify as Zionists, promote Zionist material, or engage in activities that support Zionism are not eligible to submit work or become judges. If a submitter or judge is later discovered to be engaging in these behaviors, they will be removed from The Awards.

No AI

The Awards does not accept submissions that use AI-generated material, including but not limited to: artwork, text, tables, and video. If a submission is later discovered to contain AI-generated material, it will be removed from consideration.
